Encourage you to remember that we are all only temporarily abled since we will 
eventually need many of those accessible features as we age and sometimes 
earlier in case of accident or surgery.  Make all units accessible would be my

The plans I most like are from Frog Song https://www.cotaticohousing.org/ and

the same architect. Others I looked at will not be for sale. To ensure age
