At Casa Verde Commons in Colorado Springs, we will have two new owners and
one new renter coming to our community in the next month.  We are wondering
how other communities handle helping new residents come into the community.
What committees or teams oversee orientation and mentoring? And what do
you focus on to facilitate adjustment of the new residents and to prepare
the current residents to fully welcome the new people. We want to be
respectful of the current community, thirty-one other households with
varying years of living here, and of the new residents who I'm sure will
bring valuable life experience and gifts to enrich Casa Verde. And how does
your community ensure that new residents' voices are heard and counted?
