My mental review gives me 11 out of 33 homes that still have their original owners living in them, so there's the magic 33% again. To me "original owner" is a better term than "founder" if we want to talk about turnover. We sold lots and built out over a 4-year period that ended with the last lot sale in 2005. Buyers kept showing up who hadn't been in the founding group, but they were the original owner of their house. Muriel @ Shadowlake Village
