Re: Solar on shared roofs?

We are a condo, so all the roofs are owned by all of us. Our trustees have
a thing they give us reminding us when we do solar that we take on the
consequences of that solar--even if it is on my "own " roof.

In my case I put it on 2 of the three roofs in our building so I also
needed written permission from the people who live under that roof.

Ours is a middle unit, we couldn't go left because that family didn't okay
it (because they might do it themselves) but could go right because that
family said okay.
