Cohousing-L Mailing List: community software

What do people recommend for community software?In the past I have heard Mosaic 
and Gather.  Are those still good?  Which is easiest?We have been using 
google.docs, emails, posted calendars in the CH to keep track of things.   This 
is not working well.   Too many emails, texts,  too many trips to the CHs to 
see what is going on, loss of past and current policies, and members with 
limited understanding of how to use and organize google docs.What is easy, good 
for cohousing and not too expensive as we are a small group, about 20 adults?   
short on time and money, but we could schedule in a training and pay for 
initial set up  I would appreciate any ideas.
