Hey Folks,

This contribution is from New Zealand.
At Cohaus (20 homes) we use Slack (free version), Google drive, Xero
(accounting & book-keeping) and Shoal (a metering & billing platform for
our community utilities system).
We have about 35 people on Slack, and it generally works well.

We don't have a website (with or without a members' login area), and if we
could find the time and drive to do it well, that might be something to
consider.
I looked at Google Sites and was impressed (free, easy to use and good for
editing and integrating documents). Just need time and skill to write and
edit the content, and have a consensus that it's the community voice.

Thanks,
Josh
