The idea that cohousing must be multi generational i think is made up. I
like the fact ours is but can imagine it working just as well as senior
only or families only. To ME the big shift that defines cohousing is that
people decide to live in community and share resources. You can convince me
that this HAS to include age or any other kind of demog diversity but it
will take some doing
