Hi Karen, At Green Grove Cohousing, we use a shared Google Sheet to track our maintenance work. It includes the following columns: - Item - Location - Urgency (1-3) - Expert - Assigned - Month - Notes - Photos We review the sheet monthly during our work circle meetings, though most tasks are handled offline. We also maintain a dedicated Slack channel for related questions and discussions. While we are a small community, we have significant infrastructure and several old farm buildings to maintain, and this system has worked well enough for our needs.
