Cohousing-L Mailing List: Financial Agreement

We are a forming cohousing community, ready to make some serious offers on 
properties. We first need a financial agreement between our half dozen members, 
that includes investors members and those who want to live in the community we 
build. The agreement must offer a way for investors to get their money back in 
the future.  

Would any of you be willing to share your initial financial agreement with us?
