Fourteen homes in Heartwood Cohousing's Phase 2 are now under construction. 
Homes at Heartwood don’t come on the market too often so Phase 2 represents a 
rare opportunity to join our established, close-knit, thriving community. If 
you long for a greater sense of peace and belonging in your life and a 
healthier lifestyle fostered by living in community and close to nature, we 
invite you to check out Heartwood Cohousing by visiting our website (see link 
at bottom) or attending a virtual tour on Wednesday, April 15.

Based on a lot of great input from other communities, Heartwood Cohousing now 
offers live Monthly Virtual Tours to give interested people lots of information 
about life in our community, including beautiful photos of Heartwood 
activities, people, and places. Because most of our prospects come from far 
away and we are a rural community remotely located in gorgeous Southwest 
Colorado, offering a virtual tour gives people a chance to get an introduction 
to our community without making the trip here. Our hope is that people who like 
what they see about our community in the virtual tour will then be in a better 
position to make a trip to visit us in person.

We will be offering our Virtual Tours every month on the 15th at 3:00pm,
