There are 50+ groups of various kinds, and many overlap. 50+ subgroups will be rather ineffective. ------------------------ Ha ha, good luck with that. My community has 42 subgroups in groups.io -- more subgroups than residents! Many of them were created for one-time short-term issues (picking paint colors for doors) or for teams that never took off. These subgroups have been dormant for years. Many of our subgroups should be covered by a larger umbrella subgroup. For example, we have a subgroup for Common Spaces and an additional subgroup for each individual common space. Most of these subgroups never get used. It's really hard to figure out which subgroups to subscribe to. My biggest concern is that you can't search across subgroups. I'm sure there's important information buried in some long-dead subgroup that we will never be able to recover. Katie Henry Heartwood Commons - Tulsa
