Hello Coho-interested Friends,

Come join us for a 75 minute look at a thriving cohousing community and *how
we **got there in spite of many challenges.*  Also, we may have a rental
coming this summer, a 2 br. 1 ba. upstairs unit, 955 sq. ft.  You can track
it by watching our website or periodic newsletters.

Our turnover seems to go in waves, where we have none for a while, and then
random things happen around the same time and members need to move. When
they do become available our prices have been a bit above what you would
find in the Eugene market for condo ownership - but, as you may know, our
owner members have part ownership of our lovely Common House with Great
Room for dining and meetings, a cozy lounge with fireplace, two guest
rooms, a children's play room, a music room and a craft room.

We're conveniently located for commuting to downtown jobs and are a 15
minute drive from both the Eugene Airport and the Eugene AMTRAK Station.  We
are about an hour from skiing and the high mountains.  The 12 mile Ruth
Bascom Riverside Bike and Walking path borders the east side of our
property so commuters to downtown and the University of Oregon can easily
ride the 3 miles through parkland with river views along the way.
