Dear all,

Steve Gurney, whose Positive Aging Community is a wonderful resource for all 
things related to aging and has a large following nationally (even 
internationally) outside his DMV base, is starting a "Senior Living Community 
Explorers Club" and its first Zoom meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29, at 
4 ET.

I have been regularly attending his "Solo Aging Club" and have always managed 
to learn something, often about things in the housing space.  When I registered 
to attend the Senior Living Community Explorers Club, I answered the query 
"What type of senior living or housing options are you most interested in 
exploring?" by selecting "Co-housing (sic) or Home Sharing" (naturally.)  I am 
about to move into an innovative home sharing rental here in Lexington,

and, while I consider myself conversant about cohousing in general and senior 
cohousing in particular, I thought that it would be great for people with lived 
cohousing experience to be a part of the discussions in the club.  I believe
