I'll be leading a session on Navigating Aging Out of Cohousing at an upcoming Triangle Are Cohousing Gathering. I'd love to know about conversations communities have had related to this topic. I'm wondering about things like: when discussions have gone well or poorly; how communities support members staying in community til death; how communities help members know when cohousing may be too burdensome for them; best practices in working with heirs for home sales; etc etc. If any communities have created decisions trees, policies or anything similar, I'd also be interested. Feel free to reply here or directly to me at h.svoboda.barber [at] gmail.com Thanks, Helen Eno Commons, Durham NC Helen Svoboda-Barber (*she/her/hers. why pronouns matter. <https://intercultural.uncg.edu/student-advocacy-outreach/lgbt-community/lgbtq-resources/trans-resources/why-pronouns-matter>* )
