I'm one of the people who contacted Sharon about this. I've always worried 
about having all our records stored in an application that relies on a single 
person for maintenance and support. 

I wonder if Mosaic provides a way to export all the data, or at least the 
attachments, to a zip file for backup. I'm just a user on our Mosaic site, not 
an admin, so I don't see all the options. Something to look into.
