Steve, I'm curious. It sounds like the group has bought the land and then 
individual households buy a share of the land, and build themselves? I'm 
curious how you are working this out. We have always thought we'd buy the 
whole piece of land as a group, and secure a construction loan as a group 
and hire a contractor to build it. But we're trying to stretch our minds 
and see what other options there are, since our original plan will 
require a lot of cash up front.
