Cohousing-L Mailing List: Operating Budget

Hi all!

I am trying to put together the Public Offering Statement that must be
filed w/ DC Government in order to register Takoma Village Cohousing so
we can begin taking sales contracts.

It would be especially helpful to me to have some guidelines from other
similar cohousing communities.

TVC is a 43 unit urban development.  There aren't that many large urban
communities around so I'd be interested in any largish (is this a word?)
communities -- like Nyland which is very rural but very "largish"  - at
least for a little while longer THE "largish."  Or if you're urban and
smallish that's helpful too.

Of course, I need this yesterday (having been told at 4:00 p.m.
yesterday that I needed to do this by Friday -- cohousing is NEVER
boring...)

Any help you can give me or direct me to is gratefully appreciated.  As
