Wasatch Commons has about six or seven four-bedroom units out of 26 units total. I don't think they went any more slowly or quickly than any other size. Two 4-BRs went back for sale again soon after move-in (almost a year ago) and are currently rental units. None of the 4-BRs have more than three household members, and one has only one occupant. A couple of larger households in smaller units cannot afford to trade up. The 3-BRs can be converted to 4-BR by adding the fourth bedroom above the third bedroom. 2-BRs would convert less satisfactorily, because they are narrower and the third/fourth bedrooms would end up being only eight feet wide. We have eight single-member households, but only two 1-BR units. In a couple of cases I think the person/household may have bought a bigger unit than they wanted for lack of the right size -- but in a couple of cases I'm sure they wanted the extra room.
