At Sonora Coho in Tucson, Az., we have 36 households, with 17 having
children.  We have numerous different unit sizes, some with basements,
all with loft bedroom spaces.  Our smallest units, a 1 bedroom, sold out
first to singles or couples, probably because we had only 5 of them, and
they were the cheapest.
