Kathy Kelly complained that the meeting at her cohousing group were not what she wanted. If your meetings don't work well for you it is probably likely they don't work well for others also. Ask the facilitators if you can have meeting evaluations at the end of the meeting for awhile. This lets people evaluate the process while it is fresh. Or maybe encourage a meeting survey, where people respond to questions such as I like meetings that:..... Evaluation is a key tool for improving community process of all kinds. It is simple, effective, and often overlooked.
