Robert and all - Last I heard, the city of Asheville, NC, is working on developing a cohousing neighborhood (Brotherton)on land purchased with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This means that slightly more than half of the units must be initially occupied by households with incomes at or below 80% of the median. The contact in Asheville is the community development director, Charlotte Caplan, at 828-259-5723. Jessie Handforth Kome Eno Commons Durham, NC Where we have a 3 bedroom home for sale. See www.employees.org/~enoweb for details. _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.communityforum.net/mailman/listinfo/cohousing-l
