I recently read an article stating that there has been evidence that
microwaving changes the chemical structure of food (although no evidence that
this has any detrimental effects) but it's weird and sounds NOT GOOD to me.  I
reserve the use of my microwave for tea and popcorn, and would happily live
without one rather than give up my stove/oven.  That's my two cents...but I
want to state that I appreciate all the input as I am about to join a group
that is about to start designing their units.  I feel like I have a "leg up"
by getting the input of those who have learned from experience. Thanks!
