This is a good opportunity to showcase the strengths of cohousing--if there
a project with a "significant affordable housing component." Perhaps
Southside Park or Jackson Place will fit the bill.

The National Charrette Institute is looking for a concise case study in
which a Charrette was used to successfully facilitate the adoption, and
preferably, the construction of a project that contains a significant
affordable housing component sponsored by a CDC. The case is intended for
inclusion in a Fannie Mae Foundation publication with wide distribution.
Thanks for your help.
