At Heartwood there was a group of parents interested in homeschooling AND
there were a couple mothers who were going to homeschool our own kids that
thought it would be more fun and better for the kids to homeschool a group
of kids. Our kids went "free", others paid for supplies.

There are some pit falls to avoid if you are interested in the whole story
contact me outside the chat and I would be happy to share more information.

To me it is a natural because of the communication systems already in place,
the fact that the parents are all ready used to working together, the
opportunity for sharing resources, The other members of the community who
may be able to contribute and a host of other reasons.
