Hi all

Sunday we had a delicious Indian meal. One dish, the chicken curry, was
made to satisfy everyone. A portion of the curry made with tofu instead of
chicken was enjoyed by macrobiotic and vegetarian eaters. This sort of
adjustment has often been made. I recall one of the more popular meals was
completely macrobiotic and many meat-eaters as well as vegetarians made
favorable comments. My wife, who made the lentil loaf, said she knew it
was good when one person who has said that a meal isn't good without meat,
ask for seconds of the loaf. I have seen that good macrobiotic food
prepared by good cooks will be enjoyed by everyone.
