I think advertising in the newspaper is a waste of your money. In my
experience, the people reading the real estate ads in the newspaper are
not looking for cohousing, and the people who want to live in cohousing
aren't looking for it in the newspaper ads!

Remember, you're not just selling real estate, you're looking for active
community members!
