Hi Cohousers,

Oak Village Commons has arranged financing for the purchase of the land
we have selected for our cohousing community.  We've been working on
this step for over a year now, so we are very excited at this
breakthrough!  The land is over 53 wooded acres just outside the city
limits of Austin, TX, in the beautiful central Texas hill country, and
is within walking distance of the Austin Waldorf School.  We expect to
be breaking ground on our community of 39 green-built homes in
