As president of Wonderland Hill Development, Jim has successfully completed 11 cohousing communities. Annie Russell has worked with groups for 20 years and now brings her wisdom about community to cohousing. She is a member of the Wild Sage Community in Boulder and was the conference manager for the National Cohousing Conference in 2003. Annie is helping Wonderland create Silver Sage, a cohousing community for active adults in Boulder. Shari Leach has been a professional community builder for many years, working with more than 15 cohousing communities. She is past president of the Cohousing Association of the U.S. and author of Head, Heart and Hands - A Community-Building Workbook.
