Hi, everyone.  This is my first email to this group.  I am beginning to seek 
a group of people in the Eugene, Oregon area who want to be part of a 
cohousing community.  The land is already acquired and sits adjacent to the 
Willamette 
River and the long bike path that snakes along it.  We're close in to central 
Eugene and only a ten minute bike ride to downtown.  We have almost three 
acres and are looking at twenty to thirty units in the middle to lower income 
range.  Of course, the cohousing group would decide the details.

Does anyone out there know of any former Eugene cohousing group members of 
the previous attempts at cohousing in Eugene?  If so, please contact me with
