Four bedroom, 3 bath two story house in cohousing for long term lease 
- 3 bedrooms and two baths upstairs; kitchen, dining area, living room, 
bathroom (with steam room), and den/4th bedroom downstairs. One of the 
upstairs bedrooms is a master bedroom, with a walk-in closet and large 
bathroom. All three of the upstairs bedrooms have large sleeping lofts 
added, so there is a lot of living space. Without counting the 
lofts, square footage is about 1800 s.f. There is an outdoor balcony 
off the master bedroom. 

The house has a fenced backyard and a beautifully landscaped front yard 
and patio. It is situated next to the community vegetable garden and 
very near the Common House. 

Our community consists of 14 households plus one "satellite 
household", across the fence. There are 24 adults & 13 children 
here. About half the households have children at home, the other half 
have grown children or no children. We have meals together 1-3 times a 
week, and share the work of running the place. The landscaping is 
gorgeous and there are lots of fruit trees as well as berries and 
vegetables.  

We are located in Sebastopol which is in northern CA, about an hour 
north of SF. It is a charming, progressive rural community surrounded 
by farms, vineyards and rolling hills, 25 minutes from the ocean and 15 
minutes from the good sized city of Santa Rosa. We are close enough to 
town to walk or bike.  Elementary school and public swimming pool 
within a few blocks.

We are hoping to find an individual, couple, or family, who is 
interested in living in community and would want to be involved in both 
the fun and the work of living here. The owner is asking $2050 a month 
and the house will be available January 1 or sooner. This will be a 
long-term lease with the possibility of purchase in the future.
