The best place to start looking for built or forming cohousing is via the
Community Directory at Coho/US website: http://cohousing.org . Note that
the directory needs us all to add new groups and updates to keep it
current.  There are forms and directions there for doing so.  I don't know
where Rosendale is near; here are the four entries for NY, see website for
details.
