Hi all -
I'm researching the concept of adding a compassionate component to the
calculation of our cohousing HOA fees.

I've heard of cohousing HOA fees that include an income level component, but
I've never seen any examples.

Also, does anyone know of an equation that takes into account the buy-in
price or home value?

I'm also curious to learn how other communities calculate their HOAs.
