Craig's message header below was not a reply and hence no quotes from a
previous message.  In general, replies have "Re:" or something similar in
automatically added.  The "PLEASE, TRIM YOUR TAILS." is currently being
added to every message distributed by cohousing-L original posts like
Craig's as well as replies.  (I have not heard complaints and dont know if
the recent lack of posts is related).

But James is correct that Craig's message did lack context for some
cohousing-L subscribers.  He could have included:

Raines Cohen has been a prominent participant in cohousing at a variety of
levels for a number of years.  He has posted to cohousing-L many times --
a simple search for "raines" in the cohousing-L archives got 478 hits.
