At move-in, Wasatch Commons had - 9 couples, 5 with kids - 15 single women, 6 with kids - 3 single men, 2 with kids Most of the households with kids joined less than a year before move-in. Currently, 10 couples, 7 with kids 14 single women, 4 with kids 3 single men > There are also more women born Not true. In the U.S. it's about 105:100 male. That's thought to be about the natural ratio for humans. See http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/05facts/moreboys.htm or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_ratio > and more of them survive childhood. > They live longer so there are more of them with each passing year, At every age, men have a higher death rate than women (so it's not surprising nature compensates with more male births). The population ratio crosses about age 35 in developed countries; after that there are more women in every age group, with the gap increasing with age, becoming nearly two to one over age 85. Kay
