The audit cost about $500, I have no idea what the changes were since this
happened a couple years ago and I was not on the board at the time, I just
recall the report made that it was worth the money because of a couple of
changes which I do not remember the details of. Also in general, it is a
bad idea to put into email anything of which might be a legal exposure as
email is evidence, so even if I knew, which I do not, I would not put such
details into a widely broadcast email list.

Rob,

Would you mind letting us know what you had to pay for the audit? We have
been told that it would cost about $5,000, which would be quite a jolt for
us to absorb.

Also, could you be more specific about the kinds of changes that were
advised?

Thanks,

While we have never been audited by the IRS, we have hired an outside firm
to audit us. It was useful, and resulted in a couple of smart changes so it
was worth the money.
