Curious about Cohousing?
Looking for more community?
Wanting to learn more about some of the San Francisco Bay Area built communities?

Come join us for an all-day educational tour and visit to six (6) of San Francisco's East Bay cohousing communities. The tour will be led by a local and knowledgeable cohousing resident. As you travel between locations on a comfortable bus, the guide will give participants a chance to introduce themselves, share general information about cohousing, answer questions, provide fact sheets and site plans, and prepare you for your ~40-60 minute visit to each community.

At each stop, a community host will guide you through his or her neighborhood and answer questions. You will have an opportunity to learn about each community. You will have a chance to meet some of the residents, get a deeper understanding of the architectural design principles, how the Cohousing lifestyle is contributing to a more sustainable planet and much more.

You will also have lots of time to meet and network with many like- minded folks - who like you are curious about Cohousing and other ways to live in a more socially and economically sustainable way.

Note: This tour includes both "classic" and "retrofit" cohousing communities.
