Costco is one of my favorite sellers. They treat their employees fairly and 
offer quality goods of all kinds.

The Tiny House blog also reports that they sell Tiny Houses in the $5,000+ 
range. They send you engineering drawings so you can obtain a building permit 
before you buy.

At Costco (the link in the blog may be easier to use). Griswolds' post is dated 
11/16/2011 so it must be recent information. He lists a size larger than 
included on this page and doesn't have the same pictures so there may be more 
pages if you look around.
