Ann,

This is Richard Pendleton (it was not my intention to post anonymously!). I
am part of a group of original founders of Nubanusit Neighborhood & Farm
Cohousing in NH. I hope you received the other photos I sent you directly.
Good luck in your work!

By the way, we send out a periodic newsletter filled with tips (and photos
and anecdotes) we have learned about living in/starting cohousing, farming,
and the Monadnock Region of NH. You can join our interest list (or waiting
list for sales/rentals) at
http://peterboroughcohousing.org/content/join-email-list. We also have an
archive of past newsletters.

Hello!

I love the Nubanusit website. It's beautifully done and wonderfully EASY to
navigate. Such a joy to cruise around on it. If I need some photos I will
definitely ask you for them.

And that segues into my next question: whom am I asking? Somehow, I doubt
your real name is 111rmp [at] gmail.com. :-) Let me know whom to thank for
this
offer!

Best --

John, you should be able to build a 1000 sq ft house for half of $175K in
Panama. With all the needed amenities.

Just a quick note that you have a typo in your link, need to add an l to
vilage!

Did you ever get in touch with my friend Sarah in Panama (did I ever give
you her info?)?

Karen

Zoning, for instance, is very different, and one can pretty much do what one
wants to do with one's land.
