Hi Belfast Cohousing,

I have a hybrid stove top - part induction and part standard because I
didn't want to give up my copper pots.  They don't work on induction.
However, I find myself using only the induction burners because they are so
fast to heat up and when you turn it off, it is immediately cooled.  You do
have to use the right pots on them - stainless steel or cast iron.
Induction gets my full endorsement!
