A chance to experience a great cohousing community without buying a house:

A large room (about 14x19) is available for rent in a lovely cozy home at
an established vibrant cohousing community. The house has 2 bathrooms,
kitchen, living room, dining room, large pantry, washer/dryer, and screened
porch that would be shared with a small family of 4 including a toddler and
grandma. One of the bathrooms is right outside the room for rent.

The house has a gas stone fireplace, and wood floors, though the room for
rent has easy to clean linoleum-type tile. The room has lots of light and a
private entrance.

As a member of the community, you would also have access to the common
house (which has another w/d), the pool during the summer, a garden
plot, and lots of beautiful land for walks. A county park is next door.

Rent would be $550 plus a share of utilities.
