Hello Mary Ann —

Can you share w/ us your detailed description of the consensus process and most 
importantly the process for moving to a vote?  Is this process on line?  

What triggers the voting process?  How do you know when you are hopelessly 
stuck?  Other than a lot of meetings …  :-)
