Very few households use our hot tub 3-5 out of 43. It varies. I only know of 3 who use it. But it is _very_ important to those who do use it. It is also a good selling point. People are impressed that we have a hot tub. If you do go the hot tub route, think very carefully about where you put the piping. They do spring leaks that are hard to find. Paying a plumber by the hour to find an underground leak is not pretty. Keep an accurate diagram of the piping. I think the best measure of whether people will use anything is if they use it now. Everyone wants a swimming pool or a darkroom or an exercise room. Very, very few use them. Sharon ---- Sharon Villines Takoma Village Cohousing, Washington DC http://www.takomavillage.org
