Our HOA intends to transition to an outside bookkeeper at the first of the 
year. This will result in delays in reimbursements, which have been made on 
just a few days turnaround with our in-community person. Since we do our own 
maintenance, etc., a number of folks have large and/or frequent reimbursements 
requests. One idea for dealing with the reimbursement delays is having an HOA 
credit card, which our potential new bookkeeper says will not pose a problem 
for her company in keeping the books.

Any experiences, good or bad, with an HOA credit card? Guidelines for credit 
card use and management suggestions? Credit card issuer suggestions?
