Thank you for the information and supportive words.

Yes, this Retreat community has almost reached their fundraising goal for
phase 1 and the construction to begin!

I agree that a  community-based crowdfunding methods is a good idea. I look
forward to when we have one that centers around Community projects like
cohousing!!  :)
