Cohousing-L Mailing List: Insurance recommendations

Our HOA insurance costs have been rising way too fast. Two years ago I
undertook to search for alternatives and found a policy that was slightly
cheaper and seemed considerably better -- concluding that we had been
underinsured previously. But now it too has shot up for two consecutive
renewals. The friendly agents say it's industrywide, a consequence of
hurricanes (elsewhere), etc. But I again committed to shop around.

My question is whether any other communities have found a company that you
particularly recommend for price, coverage and service? I realize this is
not specific to cohousing, but where else could I ask?  ;-)

You can reply off the list if you wish, though if you have some really
valuable information, others might also want to know.
