If you are looking for resources for joint tenancy/ownership (Tenant in 
Commons), you could try contacting Temescal Creek Commons because I think 
that's there structure. There are a couple of others...and they might be able 
to point you to them,

Also, there was an attorney who attended the national conference in DC. She had 
a toolkit that she distributed. If you can search old conference programs you 
might find her name. Someone on the list may remember.

You probably want a local attorney who knows NM laws/regs, but the toolkit 
would give you a document to start from. If you get something from Temescal 
folks, that'll work just as well.
