We so appreciated your presentation and consultation with us those years
ago (as well as your great book). It's nice to get you input on the next
stage!

I hope to do actual, legal cooperative housing because of the second house
and additional homesites on the 2 acres. But I'd also like to share the big
house, so the other information will be quite helpful!
