I think there are more IC cultural divisions than just income sharing or not. Has anyone sorted cohousings by elaborateness of pet policy and mandatoryness of meal sharing? What community has the pet policy that, when your dog trees a possum in the orchard at 3am, you go deal with it? A car policy about who keeps track of the oil in the tractor? Brian
