I live in a low income neighborhood and notice a lot of the homes are owned
by real estate investors. I wonder if a kind of cohousing could be formed
by having the residents and owners make agreements about community living?
There is a brand new set of condos sitting empty because they are on our
side of town, the "bad neighborhood."

Does anyone have experience with real estate investors and converting
rental housing into cohousing?
