Here at Puget Ridge Cohousing in Seattle, we are seeking examples from
other communities of your unit resale guidelines and practices.  More
specifically, examples of
1) any requirements or encouragement for sellers to offer unit first to
existing community residents;
2) marketing strategies and community role with marketing strategies;
2) orientation materials/meetings for prospective purchasers;
3) coordination with sellers and
4) cooperative relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
